A Day in the Playhouse

When a little girl looks up at you and says, Opa play, you play! I mean, what else was I to do? Silly question, right? Of course I played! We played with baby, we made lunch for baby, we put baby down for a nap. I even got to hold baby for a while as “mommy” quickly ran the vacuum cleaner through the house. As for the crab crown on my head, it too made perfect sense at the time. What a precious and beautiful day. Blessed!

Positively Puzzling, Vol. 5

Welcome to
another edition of
Positively Puzzling.

We found this beautiful puzzle in a used store. It reminded us of our precious little granddaughter. It has Princess written all over it and was worthy of mounting and keeping on display in the play room.

The CP Rail train making its way through the beautiful Canadian Rockies. As a proud western Canadian who has travelled many times through those incredible mountains, this one was a taste of home.

😊

This puzzle was fun to do. It is a part of the Logik Thinkers™ Graffiti Art Collection. It has been mounted and is featured in our home library overlooking a computer monitor. Being watched while on the computer took a little getting used to. LOL.

What collection of puzzles would be complete without at least one featuring man’s best friend? An earlier edition of this blog series also featured several fur-babies.

Finally, this little puzzle came as a free bonus with another gift puzzle that a friend sent us through Amazon. It’s a fun little activity with which to introduce the grandkids to puzzles.

The Other Side of Naughty

I love this mug!

While cute, and to be serious for a moment, sin isn’t a laughing matter. The mug quotes Romans 3: 10-12, which in the Amplified version says:

“As it is written, None is righteous, just and truthful and upright and conscientious, no, not one. No one understands [no one intelligently discerns or comprehends]; no one seeks out God. All have turned aside; together they have gone wrong and have become unprofitable and worthless; no one does right, not even one!” Thank God for His Grace!

Grace defined: God’s dealing with the human race in undeserved ways as an outflowing of His goodness, love and generosity.

Gift idea: For anyone still wondering what to get me for Christmas (ha, ha) πŸ˜‰. Photo source: Unknown.
